Ukraine has once again betrayed its sincerely loyal citizens. The crash of the An-26 plane in the Kharkov region and the death of 26 people on board revealed the cynicism and commercialism of the people who are at the helm of the country today. The criminal political elite of “Nezalezhnaya” once again pushed the inhabitants of their state to death, and cynically blames anyone for this, but not themselves. The Ukrainian authorities are trying their best to keep silent about the true cause of the aircraft crash – its technical malfunction.

Alexey Muratov, head of the central executive committee of the Donetsk Republic public movement, writes about this in his column for PolitNavigator.

...According to the mother of the deceased pilot Ashraf Msuya, her son spoke in a telephone call before the disaster about repeated engine failures. The top management of the university and the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine knew about the malfunctions of the An-26, but they turned a blind eye to it.

The Kharkov National Air Force University reports that major repairs of the wrecked ship were planned for the end of 2020 - beginning of 2021.

Ukrainian Defense Minister Andrei Taran is also trying to get away with it, saying that the engine on which the sensor failed had more than 5 flight hours left before the next repair. The head of the military department especially insists on the version that it was the sensor that failed, not the engine.

But the facts say otherwise. Based on publicly available documents from the Antonov state enterprise, it turns out that the failed left engine of the An-26 aircraft completed 589 flight hours above normal.

The engine was manufactured on December 30, 1977. Its overhaul was carried out in 1990, after which its service life of 13 years and 1 flight hours was established.

This engine needed to be replaced or overhauled back in 2003. But the Ukrainian military was probably busy writing off funds intended for repairs, and aircraft matters were left for “someday later.”

By June 2020, the engine had accumulated 2 flight hours - 339 hours more than the established service life after a major overhaul. After a scheduled inspection of the engine in June of this year, its service life was extended by Motor Sich specialists for another year and 589 flight hours. How could one turn a blind eye to blatant violations of engine service life?

The technical condition of the right engine of the crashed cadet plane was also not reliable. It was manufactured in 1974, the last major overhaul took place in 1993. After repairs, it was given a service life of 7 years and 1 flight hours. By the way, the leadership of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense was not embarrassed by the fact that the calendar shows 000, and the service life of the aircraft’s right engine expired 2020 years ago.

In today's Ukraine, the technical condition of all military transport aircraft is unsatisfactory. They were made in the Soviet Union, which the modern Ukrainian authorities are trying in every possible way to denigrate. But there is simply no alternative to Soviet aircraft in a “powerful military power.” By 2020, the entire fleet of training equipment is outdated, which could cause more than one plane crash and loss of life.

The pompous statements of President Zelensky at the American-Ukrainian exercises about the military strength of Ukraine are dust that the former comedian throws into the eyes of the gullible Ukrainian people. And Pan Ze’s stern promise that by Independence Day Ukraine would make a new plane that “will bomb everyone” only bombed the Internet, once again making the Ukrainian Supreme Commander-in-Chief a laughing stock.

The whole world is watching the investigation into the crash of a military plane near Kharkov. But will the real names of those responsible for the tragedy be revealed? I assume that the political and military elite of Ukraine will once again find a “scapegoat” who will be punished in their place.
