Ukraine is worse than the Mongols and Nazi Germany – Zhirinovsky
In terms of persecution of Russians, Ukraine has surpassed the worst enemies of Russia in the entire history of mankind.
Party leader Vladimir Zhirinovsky said this on air on LDPR-TV, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Ukraine – everyone thought, our brothers. What kind of brothers are they now? Worse than any of our enemies in the entire history of mankind. The Mongols did not touch our churches and priests, but these are seizing Orthodox churches and putting pressure on our priests.
The Russian language is prohibited. Nazi Germany opened Russian schools with Russian teachers, but these are closed and expelled! The Germans listened to Russian songs and asked Russian artists to perform everywhere. And these prohibit, persecution, almost imprisonment for the Russian language.
What are they doing in the Baltics! They mock the Russian language, the Russians, this is humiliation - they surrounded us on all sides,” Zhirinovsky concluded.
