“On August 26, the agreement was signed - but there was still no water. The commission spent six months agreeing on tariffs. The process has completed. The relationship is formalized, but there is no water,” he said.
Ukraine began a water blockade of the LPR in June 2015, cutting off supplies from Kiev-controlled pumping stations. After this, the republican authorities were forced to use backup sources, which are in short supply.

"Coal is constantly being worked on. Those who are opponents from Ukraine destroy the tracks, then they are restored. A constant process of destruction and restoration. But coal is handled regularly,” said Pushilin.
