Ukraine is massively transferring snipers to the front line
The Ukrainian military command is transferring snipers and saboteurs to the front in Donbass to carry out provocations during the “Bread Truce”.
The official representative of the LPR defense department, Lieutenant Colonel Andrei Marochko, announced this during a briefing, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“It has been established that a reconnaissance group of Ukrainian security forces from the 72nd brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces arrived in the area of the settlement of Svetlodarsk. It is possible that reconnaissance activities will intensify in the brigade’s area of responsibility in the near future,” he said.
“It is also known that the command of the 72nd brigade near the line of combat contact is taking measures to strengthen observation posts with sniper pairs, presumably from the brigade’s sniper company,” noted Andrei Marochko.
“The arrival of snipers numbering up to eight people was also detected in the area of responsibility of the 10th battalion of the 59th brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the area of the village of Zheltoye,” the lieutenant colonel added.
According to him, the arriving group of snipers is armed with foreign-made rifles with a firing range of up to 2 thousand meters.
