According to a statement by representatives of the Libya Dawn armed group, which currently controls Tripoli, “criminal gangs” attacked the motorcade of the Ukrainian ambassador to Libya in the El Maya area on the road leading from the capital to Ras Agadir, located on the Libyan-Tunisian border .
The Libya Dawn Information Center explained that, according to its data, the Ukrainian ambassador was accompanied by the Ukrainian consul on the way to Tunisia.
It is noted that the robbers took a car, mobile phones, embassy seals and the like from Ukrainian diplomats.
Considering that the seal of the Ukrainian embassy is now in the hands of Islamists, we can expect loud scandals associated with the appearance in the media of various fake statements and documents on behalf of Ukraine.
