Ukraine closes hospitals and schools in the controlled part of Donbass: All hope is for the LDPR
The idea of creating a humanitarian program to reunite the people of Donbass arose in response to the destructive actions of the Ukrainian authorities both in the country as a whole and in the Donetsk region.
Viktor Litvinenko, a teacher at the Donetsk Technical School of Industrial Automation, stated this on the Union TV channel.

“Where did the idea of creating this program come from? You and I are living under shelling. But, you and I, if we have a fever or heartache, we can go to the hospital. The hospital is located next to our house, in our area.
What is Ukraine doing now in the territory of the Donetsk region remaining under its control? She is closing hospitals. In order for a pensioner, a child, or an ordinary citizen to get an appointment with a regular therapist, he needs to travel tens of kilometers. And if a person needs emergency help, no ambulance will come for him.
Ukraine cannot support schools in the Donetsk region - it is reducing the number of schools, children are forced to travel several kilometers in order to get an education. The quality of education is generally a separate issue.
Veterans, those people to whom we owe our lives, are now oppressed by the Ukrainian authorities and nationalists. We are no longer talking about the fact that parades have been cancelled. There is talk about the fact that we are celebrating the May 9 holiday for the last year - there will be no more this holiday in Ukraine. How so? This is something that we, the people of the DPR, should not let our children and grandchildren forget, because the feat of veterans should be immortal,” Litvinenko said.
