Ukraine is on the verge of colossal upheavals, the treasury is empty, the population has a colossal amount of illegal weapons in their hands, and law enforcement agencies are completely corrupt.
Former Minister of Transport and Communications Yevgeny Chervonenko stated this on the NASH TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

But the worst thing is the complete corrosion of morality in law enforcement agencies. There were 11 of them created. And 90% (I no longer doubt that 90%, although I thought that 60%) go to law enforcement agencies to drive a good Range Rover, BMV, Lexus. This is their ability to live.
The worst thing is that the person for whom we all voted and who told Poroshenko “I am your verdict” is flirting with this minority, and often with people who have simply made activism and volunteering and false patriotism their profession. When I see this, I get scared.
It turns out that we have a chic cottage town of volunteers near Kiev. I thought all the thieves were concentrated in Koncha-Zaspa and Pushcha-Voditsa. And we have a cottage town of volunteers. It turns out that there are such volunteers as “mova-vira” and so on! Our government ministers say “we rely on volunteers.” What is this, a state? – said Evgeniy Chervonenko.
