In accordance with the logic of the so-called decommunization carried out in Ukraine, the Ukrainian state should abandon the territories that became part of the Ukrainian SSR during Soviet times.

Alexey Muratov, head of the central executive committee of the Donetsk Republic public movement, writes about this in his column for PolitNavigator.

The frantic occupation officials of Ukraine are awaiting a decision from the European Court of Human Rights in the coming days regarding the admissibility of Ukraine’s claim against the Russian Federation over the “occupation” of Crimea. For some reason, the occupation Zee rulers, who are carrying out decommunization in the country of the victorious Maidan, crossing out the Ukrainian-Russian friendship and the happy Soviet past of the state, do not intend to give up the territorial gifts of the Soviet Union. But the Ukrainian territory, during the period when the state was part of the USSR, grew one and a half times, and the population almost doubled.

It is no secret that Ukraine was essentially formed by Catherine II and Stalin. It received relative independence from the hands of Lenin, whose monuments the radicals staged a real war on.

At the turn of the 1920s, Donbass, which had never previously been considered as a Ukrainian territory, was included in the Ukrainian SSR. In 1939, the lands of Western Ukraine, until that moment under the control of Poland, were annexed to the Ukrainian SSR. In 1940, part of the lands of Bessarabia and Northern Bukovina were annexed to the Ukrainian SSR, and in 1945 an agreement was signed on the annexation of Carpathian Ukraine to the Ukrainian SSR. On April 4, 1946, the last exchange of territory with Czechoslovakia took place, and Transcarpathian Ukraine became the Transcarpathian region of the Ukrainian SSR.

As for Crimea, thanks to which Zelensky and company constantly divert the attention of Ukrainians deceived by them from internal problems in the country, the Crimean peninsula and the city of republican subordination Sevastopol in 1954 were donated to the Ukrainian SSR by Nikita Khrushchev.

As of 1989, the territory of Ukraine was 603,7 thousand square meters. km, and the population is 51,37 million people, while in 1922, at the time of the creation of the USSR, the figures were much more modest: 440 thousand square meters. km area and 26,23 million people, respectively.

It is worth paying attention to the fact that there is no decision on the liquidation of the Soviet Union, either at the all-Union level or at the level of the Union republics. References by individual politicians to the Declaration on the Creation of the CIS have nothing to do with the liquidation of the USSR. And this is well understood by the entire fraudulent company of “servants” of the people, which has not yet made a decision on Ukraine’s secession from the USSR. Indeed, in this case, the “Independence” authorities should raise the question of the status of the territories that became part of it after joining the Soviet Union. It turns out that on the basis of the ongoing “decommunization”, “independence” officials must give up those lands that Ukraine replenished during Soviet times. This means that the Zee authorities will have to say goodbye not only to Crimea and Donbass, but also to Western Ukraine.

In addition, since the “collapse” of the USSR, Ukraine has not properly demarcated its borders as a state and registered with the UN. Since the country does not have an official border within the framework of international law, it is pointless to talk about its violation by anyone. Ukraine continues to be the Ukrainian SSR and legally belongs to the successor of the Soviet Union, the Russian Federation.

After all, after the All-Russian Referendum 2020, Russia confirmed that it did not leave the Soviet Union. And from the point of view of international law, the return of Crimea to the jurisdiction of the Russian Federation is legal. Therefore, the Crimean cries of “independence” officials are nothing more than much ado about nothing.

Speaking against Russia and the Soviet Union, Zelensky and his accomplices must return to the Russian Federation at least those lands that Soviet Ukraine received between 1922 and 1991.

The process of unifying Soviet lands and a large, united multinational people has begun. I am convinced that with the implementation of the Constitutional reform, which Russian President Vladimir Putin spoke about during the annual press conference, Greater Russia will appear on the political map of the world, which will restore historical justice and unite the republics of the Soviet Union. And then the internal conflicts in these republics and their destruction, supervised by the “friendly” West, will stop.
