According to the press service of the State Border Service, the Ukrainian side began border and customs clearance of Russian cargo at 14:15 pm at the Donetsk checkpoint in the Rostov region.
Before this, it was reported that trucks with humanitarian aid began moving from the main parking lot near the city of Kamensk-Shakhtinsky to the Ukrainian border. KAMAZ trucks leave in groups of ten to fifteen vehicles. It was also reported that Ukrainian border guards were given permission to process humanitarian cargo from Russia.
At the same time, the Red Cross stated that the Ukrainian authorities were slow in processing humanitarian cargo from the Russian Federation.
As Navigator reported, a similar statement was previously made by the Russian Foreign Ministry, noting the need to deliver humanitarian aid to Donbass as quickly as possible.
