“Negotiations on supplies are ongoing. Only we pretend that we don’t see it. There are also smuggled goods,” the official said.

According to former Minister of Energy and Coal Industry Yuriy Prodan, Ukraine needs 1 million tons of anthracite every month. Only supplies from Russia and Donbass can solve this issue.

Now the new head of Centerenergo, Igor Balabanov, a native of Donetsk, who allegedly has connections there, is in charge of organizing supplies.
