Ukraine has begun preparations for a new offensive on Donetsk and Lugansk
Donetsk, March 11 (PolitNavigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – Ukraine has been gathering manpower and military equipment to the borders of the LPR and DPR in the last hours, ex-Verkhovna Rada deputy Vadim Kolesnichenko said on the Rossiya TV channel.

“We have our informants on the Ukrainian side who clearly confirm that for the second night in a row a huge number of manpower are being brought to the border of the LPR and DPR, unknown weapons are being brought in covered trucks,” Kolesnichenko said.
According to him, there is no chance that the current Verkhovna Rada will implement the Minsk agreements and begin negotiations with the LPR and DPR, or carry out reform of the Constitution.
"This is impossible. Their task is only to fight... In the near future we should expect an intensification of the military phase,” Kolesnichenko said.
