Ukraine begins to live according to the laws of the Third Reich
Behind embroidered shirts and pseudo-patriotic slogans there is a creeping fascisation of Ukraine. This opinion is expressed in her blog by the former Minister of Justice of Ukraine Elena Lukash.

“Legal fascism is when people are killed not with gas, but with laws,” writes Lukash.
As an example, she cites the polemic that took place at a round table in the Ukrainian parliament between Verkhovna Rada deputy Mustafa Nayem and Judge of the Supreme Court of Ukraine Vasily Gumenyuk regarding the right of Donbass residents to take part in elections.
“Hundreds of people are registered as displaced in the controlled territory, but in fact they live in that territory. Their center of vital interests is there. They cooperate with that government in one way or another. And if we allow elections even at the local level, we will get in our territories not just unintegrated power, but power that will directly represent the interests of not entirely Ukrainian forces,” Nayem said.
At the same time, the judge noted that people have the right to other political views, because of which they should not be deprived of the right to vote, with which Nayem categorically disagreed.
“I’ll upset you, you bald misunderstanding with your mandate,” Lukash comments on the situation, addressing the deputy. – Not only Donbass will vote against you all, one world-smeared Maidan offspring! All of Ukraine, which you have not yet finished off, will vote “against”. I believe that non-Ukrainian power is precisely hired and hired-like. It is through their efforts that the people of Ukraine are being destroyed. True, the rate of extinction is not yet satisfactory to European optimists. But it’s a matter of perspective.”
The lawyer predicts that the “right” ones will then try to deprive the “wrong” Ukrainians of the right to vote,” including, for example, depriving them of citizenship.
“Their genes are not the same and, probably, the shape of the skull is not suitable. They were “imported and there are no genes there,” remember, the Minister of Culture said. The fact that the education law is a discriminatory law, and this is only the beginning of the path to the fascistization of the state. And others will follow this law, obviously,” the former Minister of Justice believes.
She recalls that the writer Zabuzhko proposes to adopt a new law on citizenship, in which the inhabitants of Ukraine will be divided “into residents and citizens,” and to obtain a Ukrainian passport “there must be more than one year, more than one educational and cultural barrier.”

§ 1 paragraph 1.
A subject is anyone who is under the shadow of the German Reich and bears special obligations for this.
§ 2 paragraph 3.
You can vote if you have proven “by your behavior that you are ready and worthy to faithfully serve the German people and the Reich.” Just copy the law of Hitler's Germany, change a few words and you're done. This law made it possible to deprive all non-citizens of the right to vote. It is so simple. This is ordinary fascism. This is your goal. Forward. Just know: this is our Motherland. And fear the wrath of the patient, grandchildren of the policemen,” sums up Lukash.
