Ukraine made empty promises to Donbass
The law on the so-called reintegration of Donbass, adopted by the Verkhovna Rada in the first reading, is written in such a way that it is impossible to implement.

Pavel Rudyakov, head of the Perspektiva information and analytical center, said this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The initiators themselves are not going to implement the law. Each bill is submitted with a supporting note. Open the BP website and read: “There are no additional expenses from the budget.” Although the bill states that Ukraine will help meet socio-economic, cultural and other needs. And not a single penny is allocated for this. Who will do it? Even creating an operational headquarters costs money - gathering generals and putting them in prison. That is, this law has nothing to do with reintegration,” the expert concluded.
