“We know how, over the course of many years, people from foreign countries, including from special services, were infiltrated into the government of Ukraine under the guise of advisers, who provided some kind of “advisory services”, but in fact they were implanted into the fabric of the political life of Ukraine and then managed all processes . Then this process became not just legal, but legitimized after the government of Ukraine included ministers who were citizens of other states,” Zakharova said.
In her opinion, civil society institutions in Ukraine are entirely supported by Western money.
“Look at the quantity of target designations coming to Ukraine from the same US Vice President. After all, he is not calling to persuade them to implement the Minsk agreements, carry out political reform, or provide appropriate status to Donbass. Of course not. Ukraine is being controlled manually from the outside,” Zakharova said.
