Ukrainian troops launched a missile attack on an oil depot in Lugansk this morning. LPR representative Rodion Miroshnik reported this on his blog, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

According to Miroshnik, the attack was carried out by a heavy rocket and a fire occurred. Luhansk rescuers are currently putting out the fire.
