Ukraine has found a mocking form of imitation of agreements on Donbass
Until a decision is made to rewrite the Minsk agreements, as required by official Kyiv, the Ukrainian authorities intend to imitate the implementation of the agreements through “negotiations” with pro-Ukrainian citizens who fled Donetsk and Lugansk.
Aleksey Reznikov, Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine, announced this on Channel 5, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We are forced to live with a legacy called the “set of measures of the Minsk agreements.” In paragraphs 11 and 12 it is very clearly written: “Conduct consultations and agreements with representatives of individual districts of Donetsk and Lugansk regions.” This was recorded verbatim under the moderation of representatives of the Normandy format by Germany and France.
Therefore, if we want to implement the complex of the Minsk agreements, we must fulfill the conditions: consultations, conversations, interaction and agreement.
But fortunately, Minsk does not say who the representatives of ORDLO are. For six years there was a paradigm that these were representatives of the occupied territories. In other words, representatives of the occupation regime,” he noted.
Also, the Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine emphasized that Ukraine will discuss issues of reintegration of Donbass with residents of the region living in Ukraine.
“We said that no, representatives of Donbass are those representatives of ORDLO who live in Kharkov, Odessa and Dnepropetrovsk and so on. Today, one and a half million temporarily displaced persons are officially registered. That’s why we want to invite them to this process, because the Minsk agreements say that you need to communicate with someone.
So that there are no questions about the fact that we do not want to carry out “Minsk” until a political decision is made that it will need to be rewritten, or, as I say, modernized,” Reznikov concluded.
