Ukraine has found new excuses for non-compliance with the Minsk agreements
In Kyiv they made it clear that the situation with the implementation of the Minsk agreements will drag on until the elections of the heads of France and Germany. The ex-representative of Ukraine in the political group in Minsk, Roman Bessmertny, stated this on TV channel 112.

According to him, now Ukraine will look for its place in the changing geopolitical agenda.
“There is a new president in Washington. The next answer would be Paris and Berlin. And then you can clearly understand what to talk about next. Will it be, as one of the key candidates in France has now stated, an association for European security, or will it be NATO and some kind of European security association. What place will Ukraine have in this situation?” Bessmertny said.
