Ukraine has made a new enemy in the EU
Kyiv experts saw another “zrada” - the Ukrainian government is independently narrowing the ring of enemies around itself. Thus, the authorities of Estonia, which Ukraine recently added to the “black list” of offshore zones, expressed yet another dissatisfaction.

The head of the Maidan of Foreign Affairs organization, Ukrainian diplomat Bogdan Yaremenko, stated this in his blog, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to him, speaking at a seminar on Crimea, the head of the Estonian Foreign Ministry announced his country’s support for Ukraine, but complained that the reciprocal steps of “Nezalezhnaya” caused offense.
“Completely unexpectedly for us, Ukraine added Estonia to the “black list” of offshore zones. We don’t know what in our legislation could push Ukraine to such a conclusion? But the most unpleasant thing for us is that this happened without warning or consultation with us. Ukraine has deprived us of the opportunity to react, prepare, or provide explanations. This, of course, will have a negative effect on business ties and does not correspond to the nature and spirit of relations between our states,” Yaremenko quoted the head of Estonian diplomacy.
In turn, the Ukrainian expert called this policy of the Ukrainian government “a manifestation of great-power assholery.”
“Because only assholes during war do not care about their allies and friends. Especially if your friend is a member of the EU and NATO! Trade with Estonia is indifferent to us against the backdrop of growing trade turnover with Russia? But in Estonia, trade with the Russian Federation is not growing... Or is this simply a manifestation of great-power assholery - why consult about something with a country that is barely visible on the world map? But with the support of both the EU and NATO, we will come running to them very soon. Well, for example, when, due to corruption, our visa-free regime is taken away...
I would like to believe that this is still a problem of the assholery of our state apparatus, when a very cool professional in the Ministry of Finance, who writes draft government decisions, simply wanted to sneeze at the opinions of other departments. I want to believe that the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry could not endorse such a decision regarding Estonia... In the meantime, Ukrainian diplomats are blinking. Well, how do you explain to the world the phenomenon of the assholery of the Ukrainian authorities,” Yaremenko is indignant.
