Ukraine did not prove loyalty to the United States in order to receive “Patriots”
Ukraine could receive the Patriot MANPADS promised by the United States, but it has not justified their need and is not a strategic partner of the United States that would be provided with such weapons.
Anatoly Pinchuk, President of the VGO “Ukrainian Strategy”, stated this at a round table in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
