Ukraine will not allow the arrival of “swindlers with the support of Russia”, as in Georgia: in Kyiv there will be only pro-Western swindlers
Kyiv, January 06 (PolitNavigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – Russia is in vain counting on a repetition of the Georgian scenario in Ukraine, where they managed to achieve the resignation of the Mikheil Saakashvili regime.

“Unlike Georgia, our society is more mature than the government. This means that we will not have a rollback. Look where Georgia is now. The people who carried out reforms there are now on the run, and the country is ruled by crooks whose rise to power was supported by Russia. Yes, they carried out reforms, but society supported populists and scoundrels. For Georgians, the rollback occurred because Saakashvili’s government was more progressive than society, but with us it’s the other way around – society wants reforms and is trying to push the government,” he said in an interview with the Telekritika portal.
However, Gnap immediately admitted that, in fact, today Ukraine is ruled by swindlers, but they came to power thanks to the support not of Russia, but of the West.
“There is no particular difference between those who are now in power and those who were there under Yanukovych... Those and these are connected with each other... Yatsenyuk’s cousin works as a financial director for Yurushev, a banker of the Yenakiev clan... Poroshenko and Akhmetov started a business related to taxi, back in 1997. A raven will not peck out a crow's eye. The hourglass turned over - and the teams of Poroshenko, Yatsenyuk, Turchynov found themselves in power. And the new political elite, which is not accustomed to decision-making, which would not forgive the murderers of the Heavenly Hundred and those who robbed the country, is just beginning to enter politics. The new political elite includes our colleagues, Leshchenko, Zalischuk, Nayem. This is both part of Samopomich and battalion commanders. Let’s see which of them will not succumb to temptation,” the TV journalist assures.
