Former Prosecutor General of Ukraine Renat Kuzmin stated this on the First Independent TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Today we are witnessing the completion of the process of usurpation of power in the country, the destruction of the foundations of Ukrainian statehood and the plunder of Ukrainian national wealth. I am afraid that Ukraine may not exist within the borders in which we live if this government holds on for any more time.
This is obvious to everyone. We have already come close to the collapse of the state, we are close to this division, beyond which is the destruction of the state. There are objective laws of social development, and what we are seeing today is the deliberate destruction of the state.
Those who are tearing him apart today, what are they doing? They are carrying out a criminal plan to destroy our homeland, they do it all under these beautiful slogans - democracy, freedom of speech, aspiration to join the European Union, NATO, and somewhere else.
In fact, they are simply destroying what our grandfathers and great-grandfathers built. They destroy it all, tear it into pieces and hand it over to ordinary scammers who have political weight,” said Renat Kuzmin.
