“Ukraine is a non-state. We are helping Putin" - Gordon
The Ukrainian government is doing everything to ensure that Russian President Vladimir Putin’s thesis that “Ukraine is a non-state” is justified and confirmed.
Kiev journalist Dmitry Gordon, notorious for his anti-Russian attacks and PR for charlatans, stated this on the Ukraine 24 TV channel, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Gordon criticized the decision of the country's Minister of Health Maxim Stepanov to take part in the elections of deputies of the Odessa Regional Council, while remaining an official of the Cabinet of Ministers.
“I’m trying and I can’t imagine that under President Kuchma or Yanukovych, the Minister of Health would run for the regional council and head the list. This is completely nonsense. The Minister of Health needs to write a statement today, I believe, to resign from the post of minister with his head held high, to lead the faction in the regional council and resolve issues in Odessa.
Well, if you are going to build an alternate airfield, then you understand that you will not be able to sit still. Well, leave already. All this looks boyishly stupid, unprepared, bad and makes a mockery of the whole country, because the world looks and thinks: “What is going on with them?” Putin says all the time: “Ukraine is a sub-state.” Now, all the actions of such officials help Putin talk about this constantly,” Gordon said.
