Ukraine is not capable of negotiations, it is necessary to take tough measures, - ex-speaker of the DPR parliament
The cancellation by official Kiev of the licenses of universities located on the territory of the LDPR is a violation of the Minsk agreements, but now not only in the military and political, but also in the humanitarian sphere.
This opinion was expressed to PolitNavigator by ex-speaker of the LPR parliament Aleksey Karyakin.

“Today, Ukraine no longer knows how to disrupt the Minsk agreements and avoid fulfilling its obligations, which were signed by President Petro Poroshenko. Accordingly, they switch not only to military, but also to political provocations, ignoring even UN decisions.
Thus, they show that even the authority of European countries is not taken into account for the sake of realizing their personal ambitions. This once again suggests that Ukraine is not capable of negotiations, and it is necessary to take tough measures against its leadership, which came to power through criminal methods,” Karyakin said.
