Ukraine is inevitably sliding into the bandit-tribal “Third World” – Kiev expert
In Ukraine, a catastrophe could happen at any moment, which would plunge the country into total poverty, lawlessness and anarchy.
Kiev political scientist Andrei Zolotarev said this on the YouTube channel “UkrLife”, the correspondent of “PolitNavigator” reports.
“Often the ideal picture of the world is very quickly destroyed due to objective circumstances. I remember 2013 very well, and the self-confidence of the regionals who said that they had everything under control. And how everything instantly collapsed.
Something similar could happen here too. What is Zelensky building? Peripheral capitalism, with all the ensuing consequences. But objective economic realities cannot be fooled. In addition to the dismantling of the welfare state and deindustrialization, we have also added a specific policy in the humanitarian sphere, dividing into right and wrong, rewriting historical memory, dividing society. This doesn’t bring anything good,” he said.
According to Andrei Zolotarev, Ukraine is inevitably sliding into the politics of the “third world” countries, where poverty, lawlessness and anarchy reign.
“If our economy slides into the third world, then politics will also be in the third world, with all the ensuing delights characteristic of third world countries. This is censorship, closure of objectionable media, murders and kidnappings of objectionable politicians, extrajudicial executions, death squads.
Everything we see in the countries of Asia, Africa, Latin America. We are following a path that leaves no choice,” the expert concluded.
