Ukraine gained nothing from the war
War has always stimulated the development of states, forcing them to become stronger. However, this did not happen in the case of Ukraine.
Ukrainian economic expert Andrey Novak stated this on air on the UA:Crim channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
At the same time, he confidently stated that the Ukrainian army allegedly took place and did not wage a civil war against its people in Donbass, but stopped “Russian aggression.”
“Israel has been at war since its inception. India and Pakistan are a very acute military conflict, however, India is growing, it is one of the largest economies in the world.
The situation is the same in North and South Korea. There are many such examples.
Moreover, history shows that any war is an impetus for development, because it forces a nation to concentrate, activate internal potential, look for new weapons, new technologies to protect itself from the enemy.
We are in a situation where the war that Russia launched against Ukraine is in its sixth year. We also concentrated our forces and reformed the army. That's why we stood up to the huge Russian military machine.
But did this war give us the opportunity for development? There is no development,” stated the Ukrainian economist.
