“NATO received a request for disaster relief assistance from Ukraine on March 24, 2017,” the report notes.
The day before, Petro Poroshenko ordered the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Defense and the State Service for Emergency Situations to attract NATO assistance for humanitarian demining of ammunition depots in Balakleya.
