“Surprisingly, but quite in the spirit of Ukrainian parliamentarism, the constant mention of Crimea in the document appears, despite the fact that the title itself clearly states that the new law regulates state policy regarding Donbass. After this, passages related to accusations of Russia of “systematic non-compliance with the ceasefire and ongoing shelling of civilian facilities and infrastructure” seem unsurprising... and this also applies to Crimea,” the political scientist notes.
