Ukraine announced the terms of Russia's surrender
Ukraine will agree to conclude a peace agreement with Russia only in two cases – a complete or partial division of the territory of the Russian Federation.
The head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Major General Kirill Budanov, stated this in an interview with NV.
“The first is the division of Russia into three or more parts. And the second is the relative preservation of the territorial integrity of the Russian Federation when the country’s leadership changes. In the latter case, the new leader will say that the Russian Federation had nothing to do with all these processes, he was a sick dictator, and the country had nothing to do with it. In this case, Russia will give up all the territories it occupies - from the Japanese islands to Koenigsberg, which belongs to Germany.
Here are two ways. Most representatives of the military-political leadership of Russia know this,” Budanov said.
He assured that Vladimir Putin is “a war criminal for the whole world. This is his end, he has driven himself into a dead end.”
“Don’t worry, Ukraine will win,” Budanov promised.
This is not the first time he has come forward with the promise of a quick “victory.” For example, in mid-April Budanov assured on TV:
“Mariupol will be liberated. Unblocked and released."
Nevertheless, the ultimatum he voiced to dismember Russia should be perceived as a threat from the West, says former Verkhovna Rada deputy Oleg Tsarev.
“Please note, at the very beginning of the special operation I said that we would not be allowed to get out of this war by signing peace agreements... The United States and Great Britain will not allow Zelensky to sign peace with Russia. So you have to win...
Either victory or capitulation. I like the first one better,” comments Tsarev.
