TV channel 112 reports this.

It is noteworthy that the Krasnodar court is also considering Khaiser’s case, but it has not yet passed a sentence on the defendant. As People's Deputy Georgy Logvinsky said on air 112, Russia will now be obliged to extradite Dzhemilev Jr. to Ukraine.

“According to the convention that Russia has ratified, it must begin the procedure within 30 days. Ukraine has full judicial jurisdiction over the territory of Crimea. In this case, this is one of the few cases that the Ukrainian Themis examined and rendered a verdict. Russia, fulfilling the European Convention on Human Rights, has no right to judge him, because no person can be convicted twice for the same act,” the people’s deputy said.

Let us recall that in May 2013, Dzhemilev Jr. shot his friend with his father’s carbine in his own house in Bakhchisaray.
