The head of the State Committee for Water Resources of the republic, Igor Weil, stated this at a press conference in Simferopol.
According to his information, back in April of this year, the Ukrainian side was given a package of documents developed by the Crimean authorities, which took into account all the requirements, “but the result was zero.”
“But we still hope that we will find a rational grain and agree with our Ukrainian partners to make the North Crimean Canal work,” Weil noted.
