Ukrainian officials staged yet another torment over the lost Crimea. Russia, you see, does not allow Kyiv to spread the rays of love on the peninsula, seizing more than 500 television and radio frequencies on which Ukrainian truth-tellers from very independent media could broadcast and chop cabbage.

Such data was announced at a specially held press conference in Kyiv by Deputy Head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Emine Dzhaparova in the presence of the thick-faced member of the National Council for Radio and Television Kostinsky. The presence of an official from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, a representative of the virtual “prosecutor’s office of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea” and a crowd of grant-eaters from “human rights in plain clothes” was also announced.

Unlike previous press reports, this time Dzhaparova spoke less than half of the allotted time, and even played her trump card by talking about the trip of the Ukrainian delegation to the congress of the World Telecommunication Union, which was held about a week ago in Switzerland.

Trying to put a good face on a bad game, Dzhaparova reported on an unpleasant surprise that awaited the Ukrainian delegation at the world congress of signalmen. It turns out that, having come to complain about Russia’s seizure of all television and radio airwaves over the peninsula, Ukrainian envoys were faced with the fact that the Russian communication code +79 is firmly assigned to Crimea and Sevastopol at the international level. At the same time, Dzhaparova, trying to iron out the awkwardness of the moment, launched into lengthy explanations that all this is a pure formality, and that’s how the All-Russian Economic Council recognizes Crimea as Ukrainian territory with all that it implies.

True, as the moderator khanum added, Ukraine is preparing appropriate notes of protest at the UN, “since this is unacceptable.” In short, the paper war is going to be a long one, and the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry should stock up on writing paper until the next budget millennium.

Particularly pitiful in Dzhaparova’s mouth was the list of “independent Ukrainian media” that were cut down in Crimea, sowing disinformation and inciting hatred: the Center for Investigative Journalism, ATR, TRC “Chernomorskaya”, Crimea. Brekhalia and other rays of cyanotic diarrhea. At the same time, the Mejlis could not resist outright lies, reporting the shutdown of sewer horns back in February 2014. In fact, this happened a little later. The same “Chernomorka” was closed in May, having previously been disconnected from broadcasting for a load of debts to the Simferopol TV tower, after which the information toilet of the bandit Senchenko continued to spew out the gut truth on the Internet.

It’s damn funny to hear when extremists and demigods, accustomed to permissiveness, tearfully complain that they are not allowed to fully engage in the spread of disinformation and extremism on the Crimean airwaves. Dzhaparova characterized all these Goebbels impurities as a “non-violent basis” that does not allow the Crimean issue to be forgotten.

Member Kostinsky took the floor next, demonstrating a report, stunning in its senselessness, conducted by some “activists” and representatives of the fifth column in Crimea. The report is a scrupulous recording of “violations” that boil down to the “seizure of 503 Ukrainian frequency bands on the territory of the peninsula” and the losses incurred.

The ultimate goal of the monkey’s work should be a certain sanctions list of persons and organizations involved in the distribution of Crimean frequencies and direct broadcasting on the Crimean airwaves. In short, “guys, I should have been in his place.”

In addition, Kostinsky and his owners unleashed billions of lost profits from all Ukrainian television and radio companies, advertisers and other deprived people due to the loss of the Crimean media market in 2014 alone. The insanity grew stronger...

Kostinsky was especially pained by the fact that 80 thousand residents of the southern part of the Kherson region are not receiving their due portion of Ukrainian propaganda, since they received signals from the Krasnoperekopsk and Dzhankoy towers, and instead of the pleasure of seeing a drunken “guarantor,” “Moscow speaks and shows” . And Simferopol.

With great regret, Kostinsky reported that the “Ukrainian frequencies” in Crimea and Sevastopol are occupied by 20 and 14 Russian media holdings, respectively, with several television channels and radio stations at their disposal. And they all sneak profits past the Ukrainian nose... Abysmal, right?!

Why is this all?

The crowd of ragulians gathered in Ukrinform believes that the publication of the report is the opening of a “second front” in order to protect the information space of Ukraine. The head of the National Council for TV and Radio Artemenko, for example, assures that this “document” can form the basis of new sanctions lists, which will include Russian “pseudo-media” and their leaders. Because as a result of the “information occupation”, almost 2 million “citizens of Ukraine” living on the peninsula have found the happiness of not being exposed to the Ukrainian machine for brainwashing and mass duping.

Representatives of the media, officials and “human rights activists” present at the meeting nodded their hats cleaner than Chinese dummies, talked about the grave suffering of the Crimeans, deprived of Ukrainian TV during the era of the “Gidnosti Revolution” and talked about the benefits of Kostinsky’s report, each from their own point of view.

What are the chances that their next paper tiger is capable of biting Roskomnadzor and Russian television and radio companies? Absolutely none.

The World Telecommunication Council is a serious organization, dealing with technical issues, not political games.

Actually, the main thing was said by Dzhaparova at the very beginning of the press conference: the World Telecommunication Council sees Crimea as Russian +79, and therefore, all attempts to win the Crimean airwaves under Ukrainian jurisdiction are a futile exercise. World telecommunications recognizes Crimea as Russian unconditionally, ignoring the paper feat of Dzhparova, Kostinsky and a group of nameless ants who for four years carried small garbage into the box of Svidomo quarrelsome people.

However, in this case, the main thing is not the goal, but the process itself - “if we don’t catch up, at least we’ll warm up.” Because the engine guarantees employment and foreign trips to a circle of interested parties who feed on the pumping up of hysteria around the Russian Crimea.
