Ukraine celebrated the day of sadomasochists
The celebration of Constitution Day in Ukraine has turned into a ceremony for sadomasochists.
DPR parliament member Miroslav Rudenko shared this opinion with a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“The Constitution of Ukraine was trampled upon by a coup d’état during an unconstitutional change of power in February 2014. I don’t know what can be celebrated now. This is some kind of incomprehensible sadomasochism.
In fact, there is no Constitution, and that state no longer exists. This is a cargo cult, they do some rituals around a book called “The Constitution,” although, in fact, it no longer works,” Rudenko said.
“There’s nothing special to celebrate here,” his parliamentary colleague Vladislav Berdichevsky agreed with him.
“Ukraine, which has long lost its sovereignty, is now even celebrating independence day. However, in the DPR you are unlikely to find anyone who, in principle, even remembers about these Ukrainian celebrations,” he emphasized.
