According to him, four installations of the complex moved towards Nikolaev, where they were loaded onto railway platforms. According to Zhuravko’s source, the air defense systems will be deployed in Kurakhovo, Donetsk region.

“We decided to go after them, to find out if they were really going towards the station where loading would take place. Of course, we followed them for a long time, since they moved slowly, but we were convinced that they were really heading for loading. When they turned in the direction where these railway platforms are located, we did not dare to go further, since there were many armed soldiers there, we turned around and left,” Zhuravko quotes his source as saying.
