Ukraine comes under external financial control of the West
Kyiv, February 18 (PolitNavigator, Maxim Karpenko) – The next tranche of loans that Ukraine takes from the IMF actually transfers it under external management. The head of the Committee of Economists of Ukraine, Andrey Novak, stated this on the air of First National.

“I am confident that the results of the IMF mission’s trip to Ukraine will introduce external financial management of the country. It sounds harsh, but it's true. At least with the financial resources that will be provided to Ukraine from outside. Because at the end of 2014, all our creditors saw that the Ukrainian government was using the loans provided, to put it mildly, ineffectively,” Novak said.
