Ukraine has surpassed the Third Reich
Yesterday's public bullying of C14 militants captured in the center of Kyiv by a militiaman from Brazil, Rafael Lusvarghi are a gross and demonstrative violation of the law, since the former soldier of the Novorossiya army was at large in accordance with the court decision.
However, neither law enforcement agencies nor the Kyiv media inciting hatred raised the issue of violation of the rights of a foreign citizen. Vladimir Rybin, the father of the lawyer defending Lusvarga, writes about this on his blog.
“Even the SBU is forced to admit that Rafael Lusvarghi was at large completely legally, and there are no questions about him. But why don’t law enforcement officers have any questions for the narcs who grabbed, and actually kidnapped, a free citizen, mocked him with mockery, and with complete impunity?!” – notes the Brazilian’s defender.
“The Gestapo worked in the German Reich. They caught and destroyed communists, democrats, fagots and other liberals. But there, no Hitler Youth would even dream of grabbing someone on their own initiative and dragging, kicking and mocking, to the police station. Because the laws worked in the Reich. They may be fascist, but they worked. And such “initiatives” would instantly end up in a camp for re-education.
Ukraine is not the Reich! God bless! Here, every nerd who imagines himself a patriot has every right to do anything to the loud applause of those like him. This is not fascism. This is ordinary, vulgar terrorism. Terror of nerds,” writes Rybin.
