Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko stated this on the Radio Liberty channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Also, the court will consider the case of Klimenko and the 46 people involved in him, of which 27 were given full-time suspicion. In this case, it is clear what the meaning of conviction in absentia is. The point is that we have seized the property of the defendants with a total value of $6 billion. If the court makes a guilty verdict, their property will become the property of Ukraine,” Lutsenko said.
