“We have become aware of another act of sabotage that Ukraine is preparing against residents of the LPR. Yesterday, the director of the Department of Regional Development, Industry, Infrastructure and Energy Saving of the Lugansk Regional State Administration, Sergei Shelest, announced a complete cessation of electricity supply to the territory of the LPR from 00.00 on April 25, 2017.
On the eve of his statement, we recorded that 200 unidentified containers were delivered to the territory of the Schastienskaya TPP. Since the deterioration of the equipment at the power plant is almost 80%, there is no coal for work, Ukraine has not come up with anything better than to undermine the thermal power plant and blame the LPR for this. We warn the Ukrainian side against rash actions,” Marochko said.
