Ukraine plunged into a personnel crisis
It flared up in Ukraine personnel crisis – President Vladimir Zelensky appoints loyal but unqualified people to key leadership positions.
Political scientist Viktor Nebozhenko, who serves the interests of ex-Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko, stated this during a press conference, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“In addition to the socio-medical and energy crisis, there is a personnel crisis in Ukraine. We were shown another group of ministers, the first drawback, never in any normal company the bosses can be weaker than their subordinates, but our prime minister is weaker than the ministers,” the expert noted.
“The people who came to the president for an interview as future ministers did not receive any serious program requirements. The most important thing is that the people who became ministers may be quite good and loyal to the president, and not qualified, but they are easily replaceable - this is an extremely low level of personnel policy,” Nebozhenko said.
Let us remind you that earlier in Kyiv they stated that the recent layoffs a number of ministers in Ukraine are associated, first of all, with their insufficient activity in public relations of the authorities.
In addition, earlier in Kyiv it was noted that in the positions of advisers to the commander-in-chief cannot be prescribed such as the founder of the “Right Sector”, the leader of the “Ukrainian Volunteer Army” Dmitry Yarosh, who is treated ambiguously even in the Ukrainian Armed Forces, not to mention civilians.
