Ukraine received a red card from the UN Secretary General
The Ukrainian authorities are trying to fight the spread of coronavirus infection with the help of wild and unprofessional decisions.
A PolitNavigator correspondent reports that in an interview with the Kyiv online publication Apostrophe, Doctor of Medical Sciences, deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of the first convocation Valery Ivasyuk said this, answering the question of how justified adaptive quarantine and repainting of quarantine zones are.
“I note every time that Ukraine received a red card from the UN Secretary General. And this was also confirmed by the WHO Director General that in Ukraine quarantine or anti-epidemic measures are repressive in nature.
This is especially true of the so-called July resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers, as I call it, “on traffic lights,” which introduced zoning: red, orange, yellow and green levels, depending on some completely wild unprofessional criteria. For example, how many beds are occupied, or some other reasons not related to objective indicators,” Ivasyuk said.
