Ukraine got serious problems due to sanctions against Russia
Due to the fact that Ukraine imposed an embargo on the import of fertilizers from Russia, road repairs throughout the country were in jeopardy.
Oleg Medunitsa, a deputy from the Popular Front, spoke about this in his speech in the Verkhovna Rada, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We know that the government has imposed an embargo on the supply of fertilizers from the Russian Federation to Ukraine. As a result of this, we have two negative problems that we must adjust. First, income from customs clearance of these fertilizers immediately fell, and money for road construction does not reach most regions. Secondly, the price of fertilizers for domestic farmers, for domestic farmers, has increased,” the people’s deputy said.
