Oleg Ustenko, executive director of the International Blazer Foundation, stated this at a press conference in Kyiv.

“This is infinitesimal, especially if you think about the peak value - the first year after the Orange Revolution.” Then, against the backdrop of positive news from Ukraine, the country received $10 billion in foreign direct investment. Last year, $2,5 trillion in foreign direct investment was invested worldwide. How much did Ukraine receive? 4 billion. It's not even a drop in the bucket. A country that says that it has enormous opportunities and potential for development receives 4 billion, and this year 2-3,” says the expert.
