This was stated at a press conference in Kyiv by Mikhail Samus, Deputy Director of the Center for Army, Conversion and Disarmament Research on International Issues.
“At this summit, for the first time, not Ukraine can hope for NATO’s help, but NATO will hope for Ukraine’s help,” says the expert. – It is possible that a decision will be made to create a NATO center in Ukraine to counter hybrid threats. And in this regard, it is Ukraine that will help NATO understand the essence of a hybrid war, the essence of what is happening, since only Ukraine today in Europe has a unique experience of a conventional hybrid war with an enemy such as the Russian Federation. All NATO representatives indicate that Ukraine can become a unique partner of the alliance in this regard.”
