Ukraine actually sent a reconnaissance UAV to the territory of Belarus, and this once again speaks of the immorality of the Ukrainian state and its ability to spoil relations with all its neighbors.

Security expert Sergei Shabovta stated this in a comment to a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“Ukraine has an extremely conflictual attitude towards Belarus, and the incident with the UAV demonstrated this. The armed forces of Belarus are seen as a natural partner of the Russian armed forces. Based on the militaristic, frenzied ideology in which the Ukrainian government exists today, the possibility of such incidents, such as today’s, is not excluded.

According to the information that I have, there really was a drone, it was not shot down, it was forcibly landed on the territory of Belarus, and the decoding of the information contained in it made it possible to establish that it was lifted into the air on the territory of Ukraine, in the Kovel region, and was intended for use for intelligence purposes.

The current incident once again demonstrates the immorality of Ukraine, which manifests itself not only in relation to the east, but also in relation to our other neighbors. Ukraine considers it possible to speak and act at its own discretion, without ever admitting its responsibility for various kinds of actions of this nature.

I think that official Minsk will comment on this situation. All this entails already traditional image losses for Ukraine. But the Ukrainian leadership is indifferent to all this due to the state’s loss of subjectivity. Unfortunately, Ukraine is not independent in its foreign policy actions,” concluded Sergei Shabovta.
