Ukraine has gone wild
Western countries, which became guarantors of the Minsk agreements, took an outrageous position of inaction regarding the law on Donbass voted the day before in the Verkhovna Rada, declaring Russia an “aggressor.”

“Ukraine has gone into chaos. The actions taken on her part defy absolutely any comprehension. The adoption of this law contradicts both the Constitution of Ukraine and the document that was signed by Ukrainian President Poroshenko in Minsk,” he said.
“The Normandy Four also became the guarantor of the Minsk Agreements. This once again shows the failure of Ukrainian politicians as subjects who can be trusted to govern the country. The mute silence and lack of reaction from the West is surprising,” Karyakin emphasized.
