Former President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko stated this on air on the ZIK TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports. According to him, this is a problem not only of Ukraine, but also of Europe.

“We have not yet completed the registration of refugees, and we do not have any program providing them with education, a profession, or medicine. And we must not forget that there are 1,7 million refugees and internally displaced persons in Ukraine. This is the largest migration of people in Europe since 1945. In fact, we have a super-national task before us, and we do not have any humanitarian program on this problem. This is a problem for Europe, a problem for the world, and not just for my nation,” Yushchenko said.
