Elena Dyachenko, director of the consulting company Party of Power, said this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“In essence, Petro Poroshenko’s vision is that the Minsk agreements must be implemented by peacekeepers. Unfortunately, over the past four years we have done everything to ensure that we no longer have any opportunity to issue ultimatums to anyone. It will be interesting to see how Bankovaya will get out of this situation and the dead end into which it has driven itself,” the expert said.
