Ukraine will spend 1,25 million UAH on a taxi for Yaresko
Kyiv, March 18 (PolitNavigator, Vasily Ablyazimov) – The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, headed by US citizen Natalya Yaresko, approved a proposal to pay for a taxi to transport the Minister of Finance in the amount of UAH 1,25 million. This is three times more expensive than the cost of the same business class taxi transportation in Kyiv, the portal reports "Our money".

The cost of a business class taxi in Kyiv is 5 UAH/km. In the tender approved by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, the cost of transporting Minister Natalia Yaresko is 17 UAH/km.
In total, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine will spend 1,25 million UAH for the transportation of Natalia Yaresko in 2015. The cost of services includes driver services, repairs, gasoline and car cleaning. Natalya Yaresko will be driving around in a Volkswagen Touareg SUV, no less than 2007, with climate control and heated seats. At the same time, the new 2014 Volkswagen Touareg costs about UAH 1,6 million in Ukraine.
The ministry received proposals that were half the price of the approved tender, but the government agency rejected them.
