According to Badrak, the purchase of Neptunes does not go beyond talk, and next year the country will not be able to purchase even one division of the complexes.
“The Luch State Design Bureau itself assures that the military department is ready to advance only 10% of the resource required for the creation of a division of missile systems RK-360 MC Neptune. Instead of 50%, which is necessary to organize cooperation between manufacturers of all components and components for missile systems. Without this, next year the Ukrainian Ukrainian Armed Forces will not receive a division of missile systems, and only well-trained Special Operations Forces and Marine Corps will have to hold back the Russian offensive from the sea,” writes Badrak.
