Ukraine launched a new attack on the Feodosia region
Air defense forces successfully trained in the southeast of Crimea. According to Crimean telegram channels, two explosions were heard in the Feodosia area, closer to the village of Ordzhonikidze, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“There was no damage or casualties. I ask everyone to remain calm and trust only trusted sources of information,” said the head of Crimea, Sergei Aksenov.
His adviser Oleg Kryuchkov added that two attack UAVs were shot down. Photos and videos of the missile defense system are officially asked not to be published, but Ukrainian channels are doing this with joy, promising continued attacks late this evening.
A few hours before the strike, Aksyonov issued a warning about intensifying the work of the Ukrainian TsIPsO increased activity, inventing various stories and trying to persuade citizens to participate in fake actions. These include the “Heavenly Regiment” action - the simultaneous launch of balloons into the sky on May 9 with models of cranes, rockets, attached portraits of heroes, and St. George ribbons. The purpose of such an action is to complicate the operation of air defense systems in the territory of the Republic of Crimea.
“The terrorist Kyiv regime now has one task - to sow panic among the population in the rear of our group of troops. I think we should expect provocations during the holidays. We are ready for this,” Aksyonov assured.
Mass events dedicated to Victory Day in Crimea have been cancelled.
