Ukraine has been turned into a testing ground for anti-Russian technologies
In Ukraine, a testing ground has been created for testing various anti-Russian technologies to influence socio-political consciousness through new media.
This is stated in the report “Resources of influence of foreign think tanks on Russian socio-political processes,” which was presented today in Moscow by the authors, political scientists Alexei Martynov and Armen Gasparyan.

“The situation in Ukraine is the tip of the iceberg because it took the longest to prepare. The most money was invested there. The result of this activity was the loss of part of Ukraine's territories, a civil war, a destroyed economy, and so on. All the factories of meaning that worked there broadcast the same theme - positioning as anti-Russia,” Gasparyan said.
According to him, he and Martynov warned about the situation in Ukraine back in 2004, but received a lot of comments, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Deformation of meanings, outright misinformation, counterprogramming through disappointment and apathy - all this is driving entire peoples and countries crazy. It’s enough to look at what neighboring Ukraine is doing to its own state under the shadow of this system, which is produced by Western meaning factories,” said Alexey Martynov.
